I created Mind Matters Fitness because I believe that fitness programs should be about improving your overall health and quality of life. My name is Julie V and it is my mission at Mind Matters Fitness to:

  • promote healthy eating and foster a positive relationship with food
  • coach the implementation of healthy habits
  • deliver unique, fun and effective workouts
  • educate on how the mind matters and give tips to improve brain, emotional and mental health
